H2e Power RES is a combined heat and power appliance for more independence and lower electricity costs providing energy where it is needed. Based on innovative solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) technology, it reduces greenhouse gas (CO2), pollutant (NOx and CO), particulate and noise emissions while reducing operational costs for customers by providing electricity and heat at high efficiencies.

Solutions

In existing buildings in particular, energy efficiency can be increased significantly with a Sunfire-Home device without major changes in the existing house infrastructure. In addition, the units are suitable for new buildings to meet energy efficiency requirements.

Designed as add-on devices based on LPG/Propane or natural gas, they are easy to install and, due to their low height, fit in every boiler room.

h2e’s 1.5kW SOFC CHP module

Each 1.5 kW module is a fully integrated and autonomously operable power unit. Installations of multiple parallel modules can form an on-site power plant of the power output of several hundreds of kilowatts, securing critical loads and providing continuous power and heat generation as a back-bone generator of a local microgrid. Yet, each module can be shut down for maintenance individually, making maintenance easy and minimally interfering with other functions.
